We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the busy area, being just a short walk from the metro station. The staff provided exceptional service and accommodated our needs, even though we requested a slightly later check-out on the day of our departure. In the room, we found great amenities, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, soundproofed rooms, and comfortable beds with nice pillows. Also, the room service was available around the clock, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The presence of little flies around the pastries during breakfast. However, we recommend this hotel to family and friends who want to stay in a central location with easy access to restaurants and bars.

The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. They all spoke English well, made communication easy. The hotel's location on the pedestrian-only street was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, and tourist areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the rooms were recently redone and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was definitely worth the extra cost.

During my recent stay at a hotel in the historical center, I was delighted to find a treat waiting for me upon check-in. The staff at the front desk, especially Ana and Maria, were helpful and were really nice too ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They even arranged local tour guides for me, making my trip to Cintra and the countryside lovely. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city's attractions on foot. The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for a couple's getaway. And I must mention the scrumptious breakfast buffet that was served each morning. I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

We had a comfortable room with a great city view and a superb shower. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The check-out experience was completely ruined when we were falsely accused of consuming items from the mini bar. The staff treated us in a accusatory and disrespectful manner, without even acknowledging the possibility of their own mistake.

Just had a delightful one-night stay at the friendly, clean Behotelisboa in a perfect location. The front-desk staff were welcoming and helpful, with a lovely surprise of port wine and cakes upon arrival. The city bedroom was small but well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and delicious pasteis de nata. The hotel is conveniently situated near Baixa-Chiado metro station and plenty of restaurants and bars. a charming and enjoyable experience.
